Current Projects

CEDCO's current projects include the development of a 50-acre parcel adjacent to the casino/hotel property. The optimal use for this acreage, acquired from Weyerhaeuser Corporation early in 2004, is being determined as site clearance begins. In addition, CEDCO has recently purchased the former Cutlips Creamery building. This one-acre property will become the north-end cornerstone of the overall waterfront development project.
